MANSFIELD, Ohio — Spherion Staffing Services, a local recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider backed by the resources of a $2 billion global workforce leader, announced today that Beth DeLaney, franchise owner of the Spherion Mid-Ohio offices, is the recipient of the 2015 Spherion Industrial Sales Growth award.
The Industrial Sales Growth award is given to the owner who achieves the greatest degree of sales growth in industrial business. Excellence in sales growth is defined as superseding sales goals by being actively involved in every aspect of the sales process from training and motivating sales teams to designing innovative sales programs and delivering unsurpassed customer service. DeLaney also won this award in 2014.
“For the second year in a row, Beth has continued to set the standard for industrial sales growth success,” said Sandy Mazur, Spherion president. “Her superior dedication to service excellence is evident in the work that she does every single day.”
With operations spanning 10 counties, DeLaney has owned Spherion of Mid-Ohio, headquartered in Mansfield, for 14 years with a strong team of staffing and recruiting experts.
“Our hard-working team is motivated and committed to our clients, candidates and the communities we serve,” said DeLaney. “We are incredibly honored to have been recognized for our efforts.”
DeLaney is also heavily involved in the communities that her offices serve. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
