Employers go above and beyond for Madison Career Technical & Adult Career Development programs

Remington Blevins, Madison Comprehensive High School Welding graduate, and son of Blevins Fabrication Corporation’s owner, Lloyd Blevins, not only donated his time, but also a company truck and trailer, to assist Madison by picking up a generous donation of tubular steel.

The steel, valued at $25,000, was donated by Jay Industries Incorporated of Mansfield. Remington made several trips to pick up the steel, coordinating each trip with Jay Industries’ personnel. Andy Peery of Spherion Staffing was instrumental in initiating the donation. Andy works closely with Jay Industries and Madison’s Career Technical training programs.
